1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of TWC websites, applications, accounts, educational content, marketplace, membership features, and related services. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout or in our footer. A separate agreement may apply to a CLP, business opportunity, seller account, or other expressly identified program. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning that program, the more specific agreement controls. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to open an account, purchase a membership or CLP, or use a wallet feature.
2. Accounts and membership
Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Tell us promptly at support@wellcollective.com if you suspect unauthorized access. The annual TWC membership currently costs $100, unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Its included features, start date, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. We may change features prospectively, subject to any commitments made for your current paid term and applicable law.Receiving a promotional wallet or CRT does not itself grant access to member-only action rewards. The eligibility requirements shown in the Rewards & CRT Terms apply.
3. Marketplace purchases
A product page and checkout must identify whether TWC or a third party is the seller of record. That seller is responsible for the sale, required product information, and applicable consumer obligations. The page must also identify any separate fulfillment or return arrangement. When TWC facilitates a third-party sale, we may provide checkout, support, payment, or rewards services, but the identified seller’s applicable terms govern the product sale to the extent disclosed before purchase. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, subscription frequency, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting or fulfilling an order; if payment was taken, we will offer a refund if we cannot honor the displayed transaction.
4. Payments and digital assets
TWC may accept card payments, fiat currency, supported stablecoins, or CRT where expressly offered at checkout. Available methods can vary by product and location. Network fees, exchange rates, conversion providers, and payment finality will be disclosed where relevant before confirmation. A blockchain transfer may be irreversible. Sending assets to an unsupported network or incorrect address can result in permanent loss. TWC cannot guarantee recovery. A card or fiat refund generally goes to the original payment method where possible; any digital-asset refund follows the Return & Refund Policy and the terms disclosed for that transaction.
5. Rewards, CRT, and CLPs
Eligibility to earn or use CRT, coupons, credits, and other rewards is governed by the Rewards & CRT Terms. CRT availability, third-party trading, or a displayed market price does not guarantee that CRT can be redeemed for cash or that anyone will buy it.A CLP is governed by its own purchase agreement and disclosures. Purchasing a membership, earning rewards, or buying a CLP does not guarantee income, profit, token value, or a particular business result. TWC does not provide investment, tax, legal, or medical advice through its general content.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the services to commit fraud, manipulate rewards, create false activity records, use another person’s account without permission, infringe intellectual property, interfere with security, or make misleading product or earnings claims. If you promote TWC or its products, use approved materials, make required relationship disclosures, and do not make unsubstantiated health or income claims. We may investigate suspected abuse and proportionately restrict an account or rewards while doing so. We will provide a way to contact support about an action, subject to security and legal limits.
7. Health information and third-party content
Product descriptions and wellness education are general information. Read product labels and consult a qualified professional about personal health questions. Individual experiences vary. Third-party sellers are responsible for their own product claims and content; TWC may remove content that violates our standards.
8. Intellectual property and submissions
TWC and its licensors retain rights in their names, logos, software, and content. We grant you a limited, revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose. If you submit reviews or other content, you grant TWC permission to display and use it to operate and promote the services, subject to the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your original content.
9. Availability, liability, and changes
We work to keep services available, but outages, maintenance, supplier issues, and blockchain disruptions may occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TWC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Counsel should complete any monetary liability cap after reviewing TWC’s products, jurisdictions, and insurance. We may revise these Terms and will post the new effective date. For material changes affecting existing paid services, we will provide notice as required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already earned under a completed transaction.
10. Disputes and contact
