Effective date: March 1^st 20261.

1. Enrollment and billing
‍Before you enroll, checkout will show the subscription products or membership, price, billing frequency, first charge, any introductory period, shipping costs, renewal terms, and how to cancel. By actively accepting those terms, you authorize the recurring charges shown until you cancel. We will send an order confirmation and any notices required by law. Product subscriptions and an annual membership are separate enrollments unless checkout expressly combines them. Purchasing one does not silently enroll you in the other.

‍2. Managing a subscription
‍You can view the next order and billing date and cancel personally through your Backoffice access or contact support@wellcollective.com. TWC should make the online route available before this policy is published. Any skip, pause, product change, or frequency change offered in your account will show when it takes effect.A cancellation stops future renewals and orders that have not yet entered processing. The account must display the actual processing cutoff for the next order. If an order has already entered processing, the Return & Refund Policy applies. We will confirm a cancellation and its effective date.

‍3. Prices, failed payments, and promotions
‍We will give advance notice of a subscription price change and obtain any consent required by law. If payment fails, we may retry as disclosed at checkout or suspend the subscription; we will not represent an unsuccessful payment as a completed order. Promotional coupons, CRT, free shipping, or other subscription benefits require the qualifying purchase and any clearly disclosed promotion terms. If an order is refunded or charged back, associated benefits may be reversed under the Rewards & CRT Terms. Cancellation does not erase rewards validly earned on earlier completed, eligible orders, subject to the applicable reward rules.

‍4. Membership cancellation
‍Canceling an annual membership stops its next renewal. Access ordinarily continues through the paid term unless a lawful refund or termination ends it earlier.
